The popular crime series The Sandhamn Murders is currently filming its 12th season for TV4 and TV4 Play.
Since premiering in 2010, The Sandhamn Murders – based on Viveca Sten’s bestselling novels – has gained millions of viewers, captivating people with thrilling crime stories, beloved characters, and the idyllic backdrop of Stockholm’s Archipelago.
Season eleven started airing this month, and filming for the next one is already up and running. Viveca Sten herself spends her summers in Sandhamn and is always present on set, even appearing as an extra on every season.
The series is based on Viveca Sten’s bestselling book series by the same name.
