We are proud to announce that Fatima Bremmer has been awarded the Hertha Prize in memory of Eva Moberg 2025 for her work in highlighting women in history. Women who, with courage, brilliance and professional skill, changed journalism and paved the way for new generations.

Fatima Bremmer

The Hertha Prize is awarded by the Fredrika Bremer Association to a writer who, in the spirit of Eva Moberg, highlights and documents inequality in a way that deepens understanding and advances the debate.

“Fatima Bremmer preserves Eva Moberg’s legacy by making the invisible visible. She reminds us that heroism does not always wear a suit and tie, and that women’s experiences and contributions should never be reduced to footnotes,” says Camilla Wagner, chair of the Fredrika Bremer Association.
