GRIMWALKER & GRIMWALKER IS the author and power couple Leif Grimwalker & Caroline Grimwalker.
LEIF GRIMWALKER WAS born in 1969 and grew up in Hökarängen in Stockholm. Leif has created the successful series Tick Tack, Victoria Bonde and Alex Storm, the latter which has become its own universe with several spin-offs.
CAROLINE GRIMWALKER WAS born in Malmö in 1978 and made her debut in 2008 with the autobiographical novel The Champagne Girl. Today she writes suspense and is the author behind the popular series Trickster and The Wave Breakers.
IN ADDITION TO their own writing careers, Grimwalker & Grimwalker also write together and are considered two of the most productive authors in Sweden with a special eye for creating thrilling and fast-paced plots combined with strong characters. Their 16-part series, Death in December, has completely dominated the bestseller charts over the past year and a half. It has sold over 876,000 copies in Sweden alone and was nominated for the Storytel Awards in 2024 and 2025.
DURING 2025 THE duo released four instalments in their brand new series Killing Åre, a mix between Succession and Yellowstone, that quickly became a fan favorite. 2026 marks the release of the much anticipated and ambitious suspense project Alias, published by Bokförlaget Forum, as well as another two instalments of Killing Åre.
