We are delighted to share that Hanna Johansson’s Body Double has been longlisted for the 2026 Warwick Prize for Women in Translation!

The novel is translated into English by Kira Josefsson and published by Scribe.

The Warwick Prize for Women in Translation was established by the University of Warwick in 2017 to address the gender imbalance in translated literature and to bring more international women’s voices to readers in the UK and Ireland. This year marks the prize’s tenth anniversary.

The shortlist will be announced on October 26, followed by the winner on November 16.
